ICT ISTROCONTI is an investment company with long established tradition in real estate development. To manage the rapidly growing amount of activities, we adopted a business model based on carrying out projects through specialised subsidiaries and SPV’s. Thus, we transformed into a group of companies of a holding type. When creating residential, commercial or multi-functional projects, we cover the full process starting with project planning, followed by engineering, construction management and ending with marketing and sales. Moreover, we support our clients by offering facility and property management services.

Attaining the role as general investor, we have carried out the reconstruction of several heritage buildings in the historical centre, as well as other office and residential buildings in different parts of Bratislava.

In addition to our own project investments, we provide services of study and design elaboration, preparation of projects and engineering documentation. As subcontractor, we ensure issuance of statements, planning, building and using permits.

Under the brand of our own real estate agency ICT Reality, we offer agency services regarding purchase, selling and renting of properties in different real estate market segments.

Our subsidiary company C.E.S. deals with economic, business and tax consulting, accounting, auditing and financial consulting for the ICT Group, as well as for important external domestic and international clients from various areas.

Through establishing the importer and dealers network, we supported significantly the french car brand Peugeot by entering the Slovak market. Until today, we provide sales and maintenance services to clients of this brand in Blue Box centres in Košice and Nitra and soon in Bratislava-Petržalka again.

Part of our portfolio is the production plant of POLYSACK ICT company in Nitra. It produces and sells customized printed and non-printed advertising bags and sacks made of synthetic materials. Part of the proudction program are PE and PP sheets for packing machines, as well as special sleeves and wrappers for food and chemical industry or agriculture. The company uses modern technologies and owns certificate of quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000.
