Preluka Office Building

Six-storey office building Preluka was built in architectural style typical for the beginning of new millenium. It is situated in exposed office location, close to the National Bank, Slovak Broadcasting Company and two government departments, in a walking distance to the Main Railway Station. Our aim was to maximize the floor area and to achieve high effectiveness of interior dispositions. Emplacement of every tenant on separate floor in a secured building with own reception services provides safe, spacious and comfortable working environment.
