Koliba Minergo

Koliba Minergo project brought to attractive location of Bratislava new style of living that combines exceptional technologies with modern architecture. Our aim was to lower the running costs of housing and to increase the investment value of the apartments. The complex consists of two independent residential blocks with 46, event. 57 apartments each. The buildings have their own living sectors and underground parking garages, but they share common HVAC technology using heating pumps and recuperators. As the first residential complex in Slovakia, this project achieved energy class A certificate. In 2011, the project was awarded for architecture by professional community with CE.ZA.AR award and with prize of ARCH magazine in residential category.
