Metro Cash & Carry

As a turnkey project for the Slovak subsidiary of Metro Properties company, we developed wholesale center Metro in Nitra. Large retail zone with parking area and backyard loading zone is situated on the outer-city of Nitra in location with fast traffic connection to the R1 speedway. Our long-term cooperation continued in Žilina, where we lumped together and prepared plot of land for construction of Metro centre including relocations and service lines junctions. In 2003 in Ivánka pri Dunaji, we handed over the headquarters of Metro Properties as an annex to the existing retail big box. Architecture of the concept is simple and functional, thus follows literally the philosophy of Metro chain.
